Rates and Reservations

This  is your direct link to unused timeshare owner weeks at drastically reduced rates.   Suites have an ocean view.   All rates specified in the tables below, include the 23% tax and service fees required in Mexico, and are in US Dollars.   All suites are rated 4 or 5-Star.

Why rent Timeshare vs. Hotel? -  Timeshares combine the best features of hotels and condominiums.  They are like Condominiums, except fancier, with maid service.   You have the further advantage of receiving rates, sometimes les than half of the resort charged rates.  Owners, including me,  are sometimes left with weeks we can't use, but for which we must still pay the maintenance fee.   This is to your advantage, since we are willing to rent for only maintenance fee plus cost of money on the investment.  Once people find this site, they keep coming back, for which we express our deep appreciation.  You help us, while receiving the lowest possible rates for these resorts.  Thank you.

¹Villa La Estancia 2-Bedroom & 3-Bedroom Luxury Suites are now available for those who prefer penthouse quality, on the beach.  These are two bedrooms, with full kitchen, Jacuzzi, on the beach with great views.  Rates directly from the resort vary from $6,000 to $8,000 per week.  Our owners make these suites available through this site for only $3,000/week, including the 23% Mexico tax and service fee.  The Basic configuration is: 1 King Bed in Master Bedroom, 2 Queen Beds in second Bedroom, 1 Sofa Bed, 2 ½ Bathrooms, 1 Jacuzzi, Full Kitchen, Dining/Living Room & Private Balcony.  Max. Occupancy: 8 Persons (three couples in privacy).  In addition to  1st class facilities, Villa La Estancia shares the VdP facilities at no additional cost.  Floor plan is similar to the 3 bedroom floor plan shown below for VdP.  There is a wet bar on the patio, and shared access to several hot tubs and Jacuzzis, exclusively for Villa La Estancia guests.  Furnishings typically cost $50K and up, to give you some idea of the quality.  Click here Estancia Description to go to the Estancia Resort Site for details, then return here for rates from $3,000/wk.  The nightly rate is $495/night.  Rates may vary, higher or lower, based on location, season and availability, with lower rates available for extended stays of 10 nights or longer.

3-Bedroom Rates ²

² Ask about 2,000 sq. ft. Deluxe 2-Bedroom units, which are very similar to the 3-Bedroom, but rent at a  $1,000/week lower rate.  In place of the 3rd bedroom, there is a den, with queen sleeper sofa.  Otherwise the layouts are almost identical.

This 3-Bedroom floor plan indicates the size and splendor of the unit, unsurpassed in Cabo San Lucas for Luxury.  The balcony, above, is directly overlooking the ocean beach.

Some of our owners have weeks to sell and significantly reduced prices.  If you are interested in purchasing a timeshare week(s), we will link you directly to an owner.  You may want to rent that owner's week and use the rental as partial payment to further reduce your purchase price.
